Very disappointed in this salon. I went in because they promised to fix the set of nails I got from them, (the shape, color, sizes & thickness) yet, halfway through they refused to fix them because it would take “too much time.” I had gone a total of 3 times with each time being an appointment. I asked for a refund after they refused to fix them and after bargaining they only refunded me half of what I paid AND let me walk out like this. This was extremely unprofessional. It is unbelievable that a SALON would let a client walk out looking this way.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityChris did an okay job on my pedicure but a terrible job on my acrylic set. He did not shape them, didn’t clean up the cuticles or provide any sort of manicure care before applying the nails. The French tips came out very bad and sooo thick, he had another worker come and finish my nails because he couldn’t do the heart. Chris did an okay job on my pedicure but a terrible job on my acrylic set. He did not shape them, didn’t clean up the cuticles or provide any sort of manicure care before applying the nails. The French tips came out very bad and sooo thick, he had another worker come and finish my nails because he couldn’t do the heart. I asked for pedicure with gel “$32”perfect pricing! But I got charged an extra $18 for a fill on my “2” big toes. And I asked her twice to please not make it look clunky and make it smooth. I got a full set and a pedi yesterday. Pedi came out good but the Man that did it was rough but he was nice. The full set is another story. I wanted an orange frenchie with flowers on the middle finger says she’ll try her best so I look for another pic very simple and she did horrible. After she was done she even said “it looks easy but it isn’t easy” The line aren’t filled in all the way there are bubbles and streak marks and she even got polish and acrylics on my hands! To take the cake I heard her tell me it was $70 for my full set and pedi she charged me $90 she even asked for a tip and I told her no. DO NOT GO HERE

Went to get my gel removed because my work doesnt allow it. Charged 10 just to walk out looking shredded. Still gel left on my nails. Do they normally use a drill for just gel polish. My nails are destroyed

Doesn’t anyone take pride in their jobs? Ok it’s a nail salon but I’d really be happy if I could get the basic pedicure and manicure that looked like a professional did it and not a child. My nails were shaped irregularly then painted so thick it bubbled before I left. People were kind and it was easy to get in. Oh well. I won’t be going back there again.

Good service, nice environment, but, my nails are kind of oddly shaped and they did not push back my cuticles or fill the nail all the back so they grew out within a few days, not eve a whole week. I got them done on a Saturday and I’m going to need them filled by Thursday or Friday…my wedding day, which is what I was trying to avoid.
