It doesn’t have a fancy facade, inside is okay. With an appointment, I was able to be seated right away. It was my first experience with dipped powder. It felt like he was being meticulous. The pedicure was great and the massage chairs work beautifully. My only issue is the next day my fingernails hurt. I’m not sure if this was me having a reaction to any of the dip chemicals.

I moved to Redlands 6 years ago. I tried several nail salons but now go exclusively to Pretty Nails. They do a great job and are friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I like all of the staff. Tina is my go to girl though.

Have come a couple times myself and my daughters first time last week. Her nails are beautiful and we have lovely pedicures. It’s nice that we didn’t feel rushed even though they were busy. She had an appt and they called her 30 mins after, so that was frustrating.

Had the younger guy do my nails. He did a Great job! I told him to give me a set that he feels would be more suited for me. He gave me the best looking set ever. (I’m old, so that’s saying something). Totally recommend this place. Just don’t use the younger guy…that’s “my” manicurist. Lol (j/k)

Went in for a Pedi and a dip. First they change my nail tech that had started my nails, then I realize half way through they grabbed the wrong color. I let them know, mind you I had been waiting to get my nails done because of previous nail damage. They end up taking those off and start fresh. My nails are already feeling it. I ask him to do them thin and natural. I notice him doing them bulky so I let him know. I rarely speak up at nail salons, but this time I had to. He tells me I know nothing about nails and proceeds to remove my nails once again.

It was close to home, and nice for a quick/last minute run. I’m just not sure how sanitary the place really is? It’s a bit rundown looking on the inside and messy. Many of the manicurist weren’t using gloves either. I would take my daughter back for a nail painting maybe, but that’s about it. The employees were very nice though.

Came on a Tuesday a little passed 1pm for a Pedi & mani. I was taken in right away. I very much enjoyed their service. The lady who did my Pedi was very kind and constantly checking in with me. Wished i would’ve gotten her name. Ace, (hope I spelled his name right) who did my Mani was very friendly. And prices are very reasonable. Pedi & Mani with design both under $60 bucks. That’s a win win for me. Now we shall see how long the work lasts. If all goes well I shall be coming back.

I used to come here years ago and they were alright. Last night I needed a quick manicure & pedicure so I decided to stop by, and it will definitely be my last time. Their towels are dirty and stained, the environment is also unsanitary. This is one of those cheap, half ass nail salons that should charge no more than $10-$15 for their garbage gel manicures. I paid $35, again this was less than 24 hours ago, and I alreadyhave scratch and scuff marks all on my nails due to the polish not actually being kept under UV long enough (new customers walked in so the guy doing my nails rushed to finish) I can literally press down on my nails with my finger and it will leave a fingerprint impression bc the polish is not cured. I will be taking it off as soon as I get home because it looks so tacky. My toes look just as horrible. What a waste of $60 (even the manicure itself was horrible bc my cuticles look ridiculous and he didn’t even attempt to shape my nails)
