Never going back I had an appt scheduled for 1pm and the girl (Linda) took someone else at 1250pm ♀️ so she said give me few minutes but those few minutes took 58 minutes literally an hour. Not only she took me in late prolonging my personal time, but she cut my toes 3 times and damaged my pinky cuticle skin with the filler machine and did not even removed the ingrown nails nor clean under my toe nails and did not even put the warm towel to massage your feet which its a service included with the package. I love July she does an excellent job but her workers this time when out of line with bad service.

I use to come here for years! I stopped coming and today I realized why! Lisa’s arrogance and the lack of respect they show for other people’s time. I called they said they had no one. Lisa after 30min said she had a person ahead of me and an appointment after 1hr 30min and 6 people that went ahead of me Nancy did my nails.

Me and my mother came and both got our nails done by Sy he did a great job. My mom is super picky and she was happy with her nails. I got coffin shape and every nail was evenly shaped, he did a perfect coffin next time in town I’ll for sure go here. Btw the prices our unbeatable for the work. This place knows how to shape.
