Love this place! Everyone is amazing and my nails always look awesome. Nothing that they won’t do for me in terms of design and colors. Plus my nails stay on for minimum 3 weeks even with doing dishes and baby bottles on a daily basis!

My daughter brought me in for a pedicure. It was nice but no massage or lotions like everywhere else I’ve been (LV, OR, WA, TX & more) I came back for a full set of acrylic nails and again, it was fine but I kept asking Tina to make them a bit shorter & I don’t like thick nails. She said she didn’t like thin so that was that. I came back for a fill and to fix a nail that had already lifted and it was NOT a good experience at all. I kept getting handed off & all 4 on duty worked on my nails! I had called ahead for an appointment too!! At least the last person added cuticle oil this time. On the 8th day, another mail lifted. ♀️ I’ve now made an appointment at a different salon in town & hope it’s better. If it comes down to it, I will go back to doing my own. Like a hair stylist listens to their customers, so should a nail tech. I won’t be back.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to because this place is AMAZING!! Inside is clean and well decorated, the staff are all so kind and great to talk to, plus they have refreshments for the customers! I walked in today with completely botched nails from Nail Boutique on Horizon, Don and Tina from Pretty Nails saved me!! Don transformed my crooked and lumpy disaster to something beautiful. He can do any design and did this beautiful marble for me! They have a huge collection of polishes and even have color changing ones!! (My nails turn to a dark blue in the cold!)

Best nail guy I’ve had my entire life.. My mom introduced me to this place.. Yung(hope I spelled that right) does my nails.. he’s so fast(in and out in under an hour) .. very high class nails for a very cheap price (I make sure to tip his worth) . I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Pictures of my last 2 sets..

Critical: ProfessionalismThe nail lady was nice but she was paying more attention to the small child running around then to what she was doing. And she rushed my nails and didn’t finish cleaning up my nail beds before telling me im done. She didn’t even clean up my nail bed before she start to paint. If you want a rush and fast nail job go here. This is the second time a female rushed my nails. The other time it was the male and he did a great job. If you want a rush and fast nail job go here. This is the second time a female rushed my nails. The other time it was the male and he did a great job. I recommend him if you go.

Critical: PunctualityFirst time here. I had an appointment for a pedicure at 2:30 today. Another lady came in for her 2:45 pedicure appointment. They took us both back at the same time. As the nail tech seemed like she was going to start on me, the other lady said she wanted her to do her nails. I got to sit there until 2:50 until another tech was done with her client. My first time here. Appt over phone for a Pedi was easy. Sat down at station fast when I arrived. I got the deluxe. For everything envoled in a deluxe Pedi should take a little less than an hour. I WAS DONE IN 35 MINUTES. I asked the lady if she could provide a manicure. She said “NO, I have another appointment next”. Ok. She could of ask another sevice provider if they had time, I would have waited or asked if I wanted to make an appt a different day. Horrible customer service!!
