Came in just to see what they offered, I had to wait for a while. I was understanding of that. When I finally got in a conversation, the lady was super rude about anything I asked her about. I was just checking the place out for my grandma as a surprise. I will not be taking her there now, I feel unsafe letting someone work in my grandma if they are going to had such poor attitudes towards honest curiosity… Should not be allowed to work in the service industry with that kind of tolerance of others. Poor treatment of a new customer is extremely bad for business anyway.

Came in to get my dip removed. I wasn’t able to go to my normal nail place as I was working in Levelland instead of my home town. Only the owner and his wife were working, with their two young children there, which I am fine with. However, after placing my hands in the acetone, the owner left to finish working on another customer. A short while later, their 4 month old began to cry. The owner goes to sooth the child and then brings me (while holding the baby) a paper towel and instructs me to scrub my nails to remove the dip. He laughed and said “see Im training you to do my job!” After I finished removing the dip, he has the audacity to charge me full price to remove the dip. I did the work. I can understand paying for the acetone but full price? Not ok. When I mentioned this he told me “you came inside to get the dip removed. You pay.” He didnt do anything a proper nail salon does when removing old nail polish. I will never go back obviously and hope everyone chooses another nail salon as the owner is very rude and apparently lacks work ethic!

I wish that I could post pictures of what my nails look like right now. The paint job was horrible, so when I asked to get it fixed, the lady had a bad attitude. She went ahead and repainted. I got the gel set and my nails were left with dips and bumps all over them. They look horrible and it’s embarrassing to show. I know this isn’t a big issue cause they’re just nails, but I dropped $85 for my daughters pedi and my mani. I’d like to spend it on something that’s worth it. I’ll never be back. But what do they care.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityGot a dip and pedicure they did not use sanitize supplies and my paint on my toes already turned a dark color. My dipped nails are silver and have turned a yellow tint. They cut me twice and were in such a hurry to do my nails while I was getting a pedi. My total was $80 which my card was ran for and they added a tip of $12 that I didn’t add! The lady that owns the place yelled at me and said that they couldn’t give me my money back because they already did the service and all they could do was fix them.
