Pretty Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismPretty Nails was recommended to me. She said that It was a good place to get my nails done. Well I did not get the same experience that she did. My first visit was with Mi and she did an amazing job and she was very gentle. My first experience was amazing. I have my original nails so I just went in for gel polish on my nails I requested that they not use a electric file on my nails I did not want my original nails thinned out. 2 weeks later I made another appointment and this time Linda the owner did my nails and even after I said please do not use the electric nail file on my nails she still did telling me it would be alright. She did a good job on my nails and they looked amazing. Linda is always in a hurry and wants to finish fast. My 3rd visit I Linda did my nails again this time she talked me into getting solar nails. She said it would make my nails stronger. I kept looking at a board with the prices to see if I could see what is solar nails. I think she thought I was looking at the price. She said it would be cheaper on the next visit since it would be a fill. 4th visit was with Cassandra She did a good job just when I mentioned that these are my nails Linda over heard and made a remark to Cassandra I was charged the full amount and more. You think at that point I would have been done going back. I decided on one more try. I made another appointment and this time I ask for my since on the first visit she was gentle. Well of course I was wrong I went in for my appointment and I sat there for awhile waiting no one made eye contact with me or even greeted me. Mi finally said she was ready for me I sat at her station. I decided that I was not going to mention that these are my nails and that I did not want them to thinned out . down.She asked me if I would like them to be shorter and I said yes. Just trim them down a little. She took her drill to trim them down they were all jagged. I have never seen this done before. Then she kept nicking me it was hurting so bad Mi just kept saying sorry. When it was time to file my nails she was so rough I wanted to cry. At one point I said just stop I can’t take it anymore and her response was what what. I think is Linda the manager owner she is so rude and unprofessional If you have a bad feeling about the place when you first walk in do yourself a favor run. Someone is trying to tell you something. Critical: QualityFirst of all, this is not my normal nail salon. I go-to another place that I have been going to for 12 years. Well they had to close down for 3 weeks due to COVID-19. My nails needed a fill badly. So I called this place and made an appointment. I had picked a pretty color but the color didn’t exactly match what I had chosen. The nail tech didn’t know how to do SNS. I have had SNS for 3 years now and I know what to do my other nail salon has done it for years and I have never had a problem. As soon as I left I knew my nails weren’t done right and would not last. I went back the next day and had them fix them. Went home one of my nails chipped not my real nail but the SNS chipped off. Then the top coat started peeling off on 3 of my nails. Went back again and had them fix them again. Now my thumb SNS chipped off. The top coat is peeling again. I’m not going back to this place ever again. I will wait for my nail salon to open and stay with them. This is a terrible place to get SNS. First of all, this is not my normal nail salon. I go-to another place that I have been going to for 12 years. Well they had to close down for 3 weeks due to COVID-19. My nails needed a fill badly. So I called this place and made an appointment. I had picked a pretty color but the color didn’t exactly match what I had chosen. The nail tech didn’t know how to do SNS. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey’re wonderful. Had a full face wax done and it was perfect. Very meticulous, clean, and the least painful I’ve ever had. I’ll be a return customer for sure. The staff is also super nice!
