I always leave here feeling better than when I came. I got a mani pedi last week and I absolutely love them. I got acrylic with gel polish for my manicure and just gel polish for my pedicure. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad my nails done Monday, Tuesday one broke off. Went Wednesday to get it fixed, Kathy tore a hole in my nail bed, and put tools back on the drawer that had my blood on them. Disgusting right? Since I left there yesterday, 2 more have broken and I will not go back to be hurt and receive bad product. Their stuff is OLD, polish, tips, powder, etc. They are incredibly rough on you and don’t really care. $50 for a set of nails that can’t even hold up 2 days. Now I’m stuck with a wounded finger and several broke nails. They’re a joke and need out of business. Had my nails done Monday, Tuesday one broke off. Went Wednesday to get it fixed, Kathy tore a hole in my nail bed, and put tools back on the drawer that had my blood on them. Disgusting right? We walked in to an empty salon. We asked for pedicures and got set up in the chairs. After we had arrived, a man brought in his kid to get her nails done and the employee took care of her first, while we sat in the chairs and waited! Not cool. She had a lot of attitude and thought she knew better than we did what we wanted (eg, I should not have to ask twice for you to stop doing something when I say it hurts!). And my pedicure is chipping already after three days!

Best place in Paragould or anywhere nearby to get your nails done, I was in a few weeks ago and had ombre nails done, got many compliments and knew I needed to get them done again as they grew out, went today and got a french dip manicure with designs on 2 of my nails, they are beautiful and last longer than any other place I have tried, great price, awesome folks! worth every penny!!

Poor customer service, 2 nails on my left hand are splitting across the nail and the same 2 on the right hand completely broke at the area that the crack is on the left. Not been putting a lot of stress on them either. The man was overly rough and careless. He seemed irritated that I didn’t want a short square tip like people usually ask for. The staff was not friendly, one of the ladies that worked there cracked a joke about overweight people. He charged me 45 dollars for very poor work. I will not be back…
