Horrible costomer service. Prices change every time I come here. The man is also very rude. They charged my friend $30 for a short full set and their menu said $20 for a full set. I took a picture for confirmation. Also, he cut my friend nails to short and she said “thats too short” and he said “YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT” it was a very unpleasant moment/experience. I highly don’t recommend going here at all! My nails look nothing similar to the picture i showed them either. As we were leaving he also tried to take my friend’s money and give her the wrong price back and when we told him acted like it was an accident and laughed. I will not ever return to this nail shop. If you want your nails slayed do not come here. Thank you and bless you all!

This place is horrible I was there for almost 4 hours and only left with a pedicure. I also wanted a full set but that would’ve been another two hours. My right foot only has polish on three toes I didn’t realize till the next day when I was already out of town. My left foot the gel polish is already coming off and it has only been a week. The good reviews are bs when I was there one of their regulars was telling them they left a good review so they could do a good job. This was my first and last time coming here. I’ve never been to a nail shop where they tell their customers to comeback their tired.

They are so unsanitary use the same tools on everyone, they used illegal MMA monomer liquid on my nails, when I attempted to soak the nails off it was gummy and a mess and it is so bad for your nails don’t go here! Also paid 35 for a regular pedicure definitely not worth it Manicure, Pedicure

This place is ok if you need some nails quick and fast but they are not better than the nail shop on Hwy 415 in port Allen. Next time before I leave I will look at my tips, with the French tips some of my white tips was wider than some. Other than that it was a nice environment !

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible service the older man was rushing to complete refill. When I first walked into the building he asked what I wanted I told him a refill on the ombre powder stated he could do it no problem, he filed my nails as such for a refill and when it came time to changing the design or color he stated that he could not do so because he didn’t have time asked if I could come back tomorrow to finish, I walked into the business at 6:14 they closed at 7. He said it would look like new and it did not. He removed all of the designs and the rhinestones that I had, and when it was time to pay I asked where are my designs he replied “they do not do design” which he didn’t say when he started. After we had a screaming match and I do mean screaming with him pounding his fist on the table and turning red. I told him I would never come back as he told me to never return becauseI was asking for to much. Terrible terrible service…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, NOT CLEAN AND THEY HAVE BROKEN CHAIRS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I love it here! The work is good without outrageous prices. If there are a lot of people you will wait a long time and the guy who works in there can be a little loud and annoying with his bad jokes lol. Still I’ll go here before any of the others in Port Allen. Minus one star because the one time I got my brows done there he had wax all over the place.
