Critical: ProfessionalismEnded up getting dipped powder because they basically refused what I asked for which was a full set with a color nail polish. I was basically haggled into getting shellac which I made clear I didn’t want..if your regular polish works on feet then why wouldn’t it work on hands? Is your polish expired or poor quality or you’re just strapped for cash and want to charge more for a service? I won’t be back. I didn’t even want my polish to last because I like to change my colors. Ended up getting dipped powder because they basically refused what I asked for which was a full set with a color nail polish. I was basically haggled into getting shellac which I made clear I didn’t want..if your regular polish works on feet then why wouldn’t it work on hands? Critical: QualityThe water for my Manicure was HOT. My nails were supposed to be 1 color, but he didn’t add enough water to the power in some sections. He came off aggressive and kept asking personal questions, like where I went to school etc. He made me very uncomfortable. He was very pushy about the manicure. The water for my Manicure was HOT. My nails were supposed to be 1 color, but he didn’t add enough water to the power in some sections. He came off aggressive and kept asking personal questions, like where I went to school etc. He made me very uncomfortable. He was very pushy about the manicure. I didn’t want to do it but he literally forced me to. I wouldn’t recommend. I would give it 0 stars.

Critical: ValueThis was very bad I went there once and she did a cool job I thought then a week later my whole nail fell off blood and all this is not good shut it down!! It was a very painful experience even when she did my nails I felt a burning feeling on them I suggest don’t come here.
