Every year for my nieces birthday my wife takes our niece to get nails done and then for lunch. Today was the Las time they go to Pretty Nails they couldn’t even get the paint on the nail. Absolutely trash job. My wife didn’t say anything there because she didn’t want to upset our niece on what is supposed to be a special thing for the two of them to do together. They will continue this a tradition but not a Pretty Nails.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTried out this nail salon for my birthday with my mom and sister. Walked in with average fingernails and left with what felt like no fingernails left. The lady that did my nails cut my cuticles back so far that 7 of my 10 fingers were bleeding by the time she was done. She was no longer cutting my cuticles, she was cutting my skin off in chunks. She also cut the corners of each of my nails back so far into my nail bed that I could hardly touch anything because they were so sore. My question is if somebody comes in with already trimmed nails, why would you cut them even further into the nail bed? That HURTS! Pay attention to what you’re doing rather than racing against the clock. Everything was so rushed and she was continuously going at my cuticles at lightning speed like she was purposely trying to hurt me. When it was time for the polish to go on, my fingers were all bleeding and she shoved nail polish into my torn cuticles to cover up the fact that they were BLEEDING. No one should ever ever ever do that. Not only is it unsanitary, but it’s also so ridiculously rude. It burned so bad and I can’t wait to see what my fingertips feel like in the morning! Tried out this nail salon for my birthday with my mom and sister. Walked in with average fingernails and left with what felt like no fingernails left. I never write reviews but I had to let y’all know how bad my experience was. My acrylic nails were so thick and not well filed at the end and overall made the color application look horrible. I had asked for abstract art which the guy had trouble getting correctly and had asked another lady to step in. She also did a bad job and it was rushed and messy. I had paid 60$ for these nails and were the worst job I’ve ever had was really disappointed after finding out these people have been doing nails for 20+ years.

The absolute worst pedicure I have ever received! The female that did the pedicure was so unbelievably rushed- it was actually painful! I never knew removing existing polish could hurt so bad!! The heel scrub amounted to about 10 seconds- the lotion massage another 20 seconds- and the paint job?? Horrific!!! If you want to pay $45 for approximately 10 minutes of “treatment” this is your place!! Definitely never going here again!!!

My experience was horrible to say the least, I got manicure and pedicure and nobody was in the shop. The lady rushed me and got one big toe nail bigger than the other one. Was not happy w the finally outcome. Nails look a hot mess will not return. Pedicure, Manicure
