I have been going to Pretty Nails since we moved to Deerfield 4 years ago. They do a great job and and are very nice. I have been going to Ethan and definitely recommend him! It is good to make an appointment as they get busy and walk-ins might have to wait for sometime.

Pretty nails ALWAYS does an excellent job!! My mother in law has gone here for YEARS and always recommends them (high praise) and I finally figured it was worth the 30 min drive to go to them. This is my third time going and it’s truly always a relaxing experience!! My nails are always left exactly the way I want them and everyone is incredibly kind and patient! Love going somewhere where I can be pampered without paying an arm and a leg for nails!! Thank you, Tina!! You’re amazing!!!

1. If you don’t have someone that can do the design the customer wants, don’t tell the customer you have a person that can do it. 2. Don’t try to convince the customer their design of choice is bad/ too much/ not to someone else’s liking. 3. Charge the customer a price that is for the work you did not the time it took you to do it. 4. At least try to make the design look similar to what the customer showed you and left their phone on the whole time they were sitting there so you had a picture of it. 5. Don’t tell the customer the person they asked for is not someone that works there and when the customer comes in the person is available but someone completely different does the design. 6. Don’t be rude and tell the customer it is their fault that the design did not come out the way they wanted and then speak in a different language to your coworkers. 7. Flat out, one of the worst nail experiences.

I went here for the first time today while I was waiting for my car to be serviced at Firestone. I got the dip manicure, and I could tell from the beginning that the girl assisting me wasnt used to doing dip manicures. She put the wrong top coat on so it bubbled on one side. After filing it down, she put two layers of no chip top coat. My nails were bubbly and all different shapes and sizes and I sat there for over an hour. I went back and another girl said she would file them down. After literally a minute and a half, she attempted to reshape and put the correct top coat on. My nails were still all different shapes and sizes, more square but still wrong. And now I have small bumps from the dip being filled down. I paid $40 for my natural nails to be ruined. They told me to come back but I dont see myself ever going back. Very unsatisfied. I would rather wait for someone that knows what they are doing versus being serviced right away by someone that doesnt have a clue.
