I’ve been there three times and the last 2 times I was with Nina. Shes always in a rush to pick up her daughter. My last visit, she’s rushing again. I asked for a pedi and mani. She doesn’t complete the service, leaves my nails (mani) looking jagged and rough (my natural nails) and rushes to finish my toes because you guessed it.. she was going to pick up her daughter.. she though I was dumb, slapped some lotion of my hands to make it seem like she did the jon when my cuticles are not done, nails are not filed or painted clear like I asked due to her rushing. I was charged 76 dollars for a service that I assisted in. My mani was so bad I had to file my own nails. Who does that?!?! WHO? So I complained about the service and she argued with me. Management tried to defend her but he saw me filing my nails. He gave me a discount but did not resolve the issue. I will never go back there. Everyone works hard for their money. If I am being respectful and kind please don’t take that for being weak… treat as you want to be treated it’s that simple. If you choose to go there, you have been warned.
