Called and talked with Nick to make an appointment for wed. Sept 7 at 11:30 am get there and he said he couldn’t do them had another appointment at 11:45 am. I had drove for 35 miles for this appointment. Not happy at all.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I waited about 2 hours before they started me and she took a walk in before me. They soaked my hands in acetone for about an hour and a half. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and it looks nothing like the picture. My french tip is crooked on almost every nail and my nails aren’t all the same length. Along with that, one of my nails isn’t even dipped all the way. I never write reviews because I’m not picky when it comes to things like this, but the customer service was awful and the quality was horrible.

Walked in with two others for mani/pedis while on vacation, I’m sure it’s frustrating to have walk-ins but then don’t take them. We were generally pointed to the back wall to pick our color, then when we were looking at the wrong sample colors she shook the basket that we were allowed to pick from. We sat in a pedi chair for some time without water. The woman that was doing mine made very little conversation nor eye contact with me – she kept talking to the other staff and looking outside or anywhere else for most of the time. She was rough doing my toes, was filing more of my skin than the nail, made four of them bleed – very obviously – and still made no apology or even asked if I was ok. I felt like an intrusion the entire time I was there and would not recommend. Am I disgruntled? Probably. But there was no effort to please a customer.

Staff was very friendly, did a great job on my nails, and good prices. However, when they were doing my cuticles, it seemed to be very careless. Multiple cuts on my fingers, even got pretty bad infections and had to go to the doctor to be put on medication and it’s still not getting better 🙁 I would recommend this place, but ask them to be gentle when it comes to cuticles.

And was making fun of a woman that was only trying to help them in the long run. I get my nails done pretty often and they are out right rude.
