Pretty Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhile we were there (me and a few other family members) they left a lady walk out because they left her soaking her feet for around 45 minutes. We had to wait around for 5 hours and there were only 4 of us getting our nails done. They would get us started and they would take care of other people that would walk in. There were like 7 people who got there with no appointment after we got there and walked out before we did. Really bad costumer service, and one of the employees there, complaining about what we wanted and doing it the way he wanted to without caring what we wanted. Thought it was just a bad day they were having and decided to give it another try today, the same employee that wouldn’t stop complaining last time asked what I needed and I told him there were four of us for a simple manicure again and said to come back another day because they didn’t have time, and this was right after i told him there were four or us. Note that there was only one girl getting her nails done. Would NOT recommend. While we were there (me and a few other family members) they left a lady walk out because they left her soaking her feet for around 45 minutes. We had to wait around for 5 hours and there were only 4 of us getting our nails done. They would get us started and they would take care of other people that would walk in. He said yes now. He did my nails very very sloppy. Never seen such a mess. I got them done on Monday and the polish came off of two already today. He was done with my nails in 20 minutes. All professional nail techs usually take 45-60 minutes. I have had acrylics for 20 plus years and have never had this happen. Polish on my skins and my cuticles.I was in the area waiting for a family member at the hospital so I decided to get my nails done while I was waiting for her. What a mistake. Will not be back. I should have trusted the other reviews. I sat and waited for 30 mins past my appointment time. She caused a few of my fingers to bleed. Where was bleeding was way further down on my finger then she should have been anyways. When I spoke to them about how unhappy I was they stated oh the girl with the baby that keep looking down, well ya I had my nephew with me I have to look down to check on him. They stated when I asked about a refund that all they will do is redo them. I really don’t want to go back to a place that messed them up in the first place I’d rather just have the money and go elsewhere. 10/10 do not recommend. They cut my friends toe and messed up her just polish on her toes but charged me for the deluxe pedicure. Very unprofessional. Second pic is what I asked for I wanted all blue but the ring finger I wanted that one to be the silver ombréThe lady that did them was rude and unprofessional.
