I had a wonderful experience here and my nails turned out exactly how I asked for them. I would recommend calling ahead or making an appointment, because I only got done (as a walk-in) because someone cancelled. I’ll be back when it’s time for a color change! Dip powder

They left a bunch of hanging bits and some of the nails aren’t even at the cuticle, which they didn’t push or trim by the way. Some nails are crooked. My friend’s nails were also done badly and she was left with a shape she didn’t want and polish all over her fingers. I can’t believe how much they charged for such a poor job. They tried to squeeze a friend and I before an appointment and rushed through my nails. They left a bunch of hanging bits and some of the nails aren’t even at the cuticle, which they didn’t push or trim by the way. Some nails are crooked. spent $60 on these.. I showed them nail inspo and they looked at it for a second and said that theyve got it. they we’re extremely pushy and had me pick out my colors quickly and made me feel rushed. some nails are uneven. and I just got a rude vibe from the place. im giving it 3 stars only because it could’ve been worse, but im not going back.

The best place to get your nails done in North Olmsted! Miss Lien (the owner) is wonderful and does an amazing job on nails. I have been seeing her for almost 3 years now and I would never see anyone else again. She is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work. Not only will you leave with pretty nails but perfect nails. I get comments all of the time at work about where I got my nails done. If you have any nail problems please see Miss Lien before paying hundreds of dollars at the doctors. She treats all of her clients like her family and all of the employees are great! Call ahead and do yourself a favor and go to Pretty Nails!

Crooked, not what I asked for at all. The paint job was splotchy and missed so much while leaving me with paint all over my fingers. I’ve been coming here for a few years for full sets of acrylics, fills, gel polish, and pedicures (so, a variety of services) and have always been very satisfied. The nail techs are friendly, professional, and they do a wonderful job on my nails. I’ve tried a few other salons in the area and always come back to Pretty Nail 🙂

Very quick, thorough, and pleasant for the price. Maybe not the most luxurious, but I felt like everything I needed was taken care of. I like to share on my social media when I do fun things like get a pedicure but I didn’t due to the clutter of the salon. Would have been a little easier on the eyes of things were a little more organized. But besides that, very happy!
