Ever since COVID and my go to nail salon closing I’ve been going to Pretty Nails. So far I don’t have any real complaints. However, your experience will definitely depend on your nail tech. I only go for pedicures and some techs give better attention to the process than others.

If I could give no stars I would! Not happy with nails at all. They look bad. I asked to have two nails dip powder in white. They did not do that. They painted the nails in white bad might I add. The only thing I got that a asked for was The shape of the nail. I even showed a picture of what i was talking about and she said yeah. Would not recommend!

Terrible service and rude women working. They have dip powders and I clearly asked were the colors the same in the container as they are in the nails because more places have a sample out because the color changes slightly after applied. This girl told me the color is exactly the same. I picked light pink and now have dark pink nails because she didn’t know what she was talking about. I the let her know why this is upsetting to me as a paying customer and the wench laughed literally busted out laughing now the whole time she acted like she understood none of my English yet found this hilarious. I almost cursed her out but didn’t know if she really would understand it how I needed her to. Trash service from a trash person I’m really upset with that treatment!

So I went in today to get my set taken off (I have had them filled 5 times) and a full set of acrylic put back on. The old guy refused to take the set off, said they didn’t need it. Fine, save some money.. even though he completely disregarded what I asked him to do. While he was filing them down he burnt the top of my finger tips several times. Anytime I asked for something, the guy refused to do it. “No, no, no, you don’t need to do it that way. I do it this way and it will be beautiful don’t worry” He refused to give me a manicure.. I had black matte on all of my fingers except my ring finger,.. it was a blue sparkle matte. I told him I wanted exactly the same. He ended up painting them all black with sparkles on all of them. The paint job is god awful and when I complained all they did was offer to do them over. Why would I do that? So I can waste more time and money for nails that are going to look like a 5 year old got a hold of fingernail polish?! This place is a joke! He also asked me if I smoke pot and even though I told him I didn’t he went on and on about how he can’t wait to go home because he was going to smoke.

They slayed my nails. They made them look fabulous thank you I plan on visiting back soon. Also inside was well maintain and staff were super friendly! Made sure every one got in and out in an orderly fashion! I was finished within 45 mins and got these beautiful nails I’ll be planning a trip back here soon!

Loan does my nails every time! I pay usually $60-75 because I get shellac and designs but she does an amazing job each time! I don’t go anywhere else. They are not expensive and do an amazing pedicure too!!!
