I took my little sister to get her nails done for homecoming we made an appointment for 10:30 and were not even greeted until 10:45. They took my sister first and I waited another 15 minutes for a chair. Once I sat down I told him that I wanted acrylic nails with a French tip and he proceeded to give me white tips that take up half my nail. I dropped my sister off at home after and came back to get them fixed and they refused to give me a refund or even fix them without another charge of 17 dollars on top of what I already paid the first time. A huge waste of time and money. Staff was incredibly rude and made you feel like you were nothing but the money you give them. will NEVER return, my nails are an embarrassment and they should be ashamed of the quality of work they provide. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE!

The men here are rough. He scratched my nail with his nail, he made my hand his the clear screen when HE didn’t pay attention to my thumb nail and had to redo it at the end of my experience. My mom likes this shop but she warned me not to let one of the men do my nails for the same reason.
