I started living on my own at 18 years old (now 33) not far from this location. And I’ve been going to the same lady TINA FOR majority of my adult life even when living South and now owning close to DT. The managers/owner here is verrrry unprofessional and isn’t easy to get along with no matter how nice you are. Some how I still find myself circling back around to this establishment for Tina’s services the sad thing is a lot of ppl feel this way. I literally feel like slapping the manager every time I have to encounter her she gets smart, she’s rude and then tries to roll them eyes. Unfortunately every one can’t do the services paid for properly including a simple paint. Your feet and hands are an essential body part in your every life so I choose to treat them as such & yes I’m going to be picky about whom /how my services are done PERIODT

The workers here are all rude. The lady who did my pedi rushed through it and was very aggressive scrubbing my feet. She kept wiping her nose on her arm repetitively. She also got upset because I was paying for my mom but I didn’t know what my mom wanted yet because they hadn’t started on her. I told her to go ask my mom what she wanted because I didn’t know and she said to me you ask her, I don’t know her, very rudely. I will never be back and they charged way too much for the quality and service I received. These people need to be shut down.

I needed to update my review. Upon further visiting this establishment. The quality of their work went down drastically. My nails keep coming off, chipping, breaking along with my real nails! The last time I went the nail tech didn’t file my nails straight and they were uneven on one side. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Critical: QualityThis place is not clean, i seen a employee cut a woman while doing her nails reached to put skin glue on it, and the customer said no I need to wash this!!! I have been there 3 times thinking the quality on my nails would get better, I have been to two people in there and it’s not good at all. One employee painted my toes and did not use gloves? They never have you rinse your hands, I have never seen them wash their hands and one day I waited two hours. Hurry to get people in and out! The place is not clean. I won’t go back three times and I’m done. It’s not the prettiest or fanciest place, nor is it the most expensive. Usually a pedicure is fast to get walk in and get service. I will never go back here again each time I got a gel manicure my polish peeled straight off I voiced my issue to the tech and she said try one more time dumb move i left the salon ran 3 errands and noticed 4 of my finger chipping I went back the same day and told the same tech from earlier to look at my nails she said she would fix it however she expected me to wail while she does 2 pedicures then she said come back tomorrow are you kidding me but they certainly didn’t offer my tip back nothing against the tech but for $80 that is a joke

I received a manicure at this location it was rushed and sloppy. The manicurist was supposed to put an overlay on my nails but she drilled in one place so long that it caused me pain and I had to snatch my hand back. I would not suggest going to this location
