I got my nails done exactly a week ago and 3 have already broke and the paint is peeling. I called to see if they would fix them and they told me they would have to charge me even though they did a horrendous job on my nails. I would not recommend going here. EVER.

Although I hate to do this… I’d like to warn the public. I got a toe infection from a pedicure I received there. It was very painful. I had to have antibiotics and take off work. I called them. I explained the situation. I spoke with a man. I did not receive an apology. I was denied a refund. Come to find out one of my friends had the same thing happened to them. Do not recommend.

DO NOT GO they are very pricey and they rushed to get my nails done and they are crooked I wanted a V-tip on all my nails and they were trying to charge me $80 so I only got it on my ring fingers and they only took $10 off I paid for $70 nails that I don’t like. My friends that were with me weren’t happy with there nails. I asked for a flame and she goes “me can no do flame” I wanted to say “me can no do price range”

Horrible. I’ve had one good experience at this place. This time was horrible. Came in at exactly 3:30 for a fill and got a hello from one of the staff. There were only 3 working so I didn’t expect them to get to me very fast, but by 4pm, 4 other people had come in. They got started on the 2 with pedicures within 10 minutes of being there. I just figured it was to soak, then one got started on gel removal, which I assumed was because it was a quick service. Then by 4:30, the last one had got started for a manicure. It’s absurd that a place can make customers feel so ignored. Walking out didn’t even gain me any mind by them. Never coming to this place again.

Critical: QualityMost of the staff had been rude. One lady was on her phone the majority of the time. You ask questions and they treat you like you stupid. Then talk about you in Chinese. Like I will just tell you in English and not sugar coat it. Not clean. They did my daughters nails on a Saturday later morning. One mail had a bubble in it and started to peel on Sunday which they are closed. And Monday they are closed. So she goes in today Tuesday and they want to charge a 16 year old $10 to repair a nail that wasn’t done correctly to begin with. Poor service. Poor quality. And rude. We won’t be back.Travis was the nice one. The ladies were so rude. Jane including. They filed my nails until they were hot and hurting. I told her that yet she still continued. Excellent service. Went in with an idea and it came out better than I could have expected. Very knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. The first time I’ve went and had my nails done that I didn’t go home and reshape and file. Stop in and see Travis. You won’t regret it.
