Nails done not once but TWICE in two days and they are just popping off like press one. I went in the first time thr lady was so rude to me and didn’t want to redo them. I said give me my money back then. She said no not an option. I told her I paid $80 for basic nails she said no u only paid $65. I said ok $65 for trash nails.

Called and made an appointment; pedicures for 4 people, and they did not tell me they only had two people working. One was with someone else, so by the time she got to me, my feet were soaking in cold water. Pedicure was mediocre, at best. Maybe 20 minutes. Charged me $35 which I thought was fairly high for an extremely basic job. But what really got me was that she charged THIRTY DOLLARS for each of my two kids, ages 6 and 7. They spent maybe 10 minutes on each of them. Their salon smelled terrible and everything was dirty and very old.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe worst manicure pedicure. The lady acted like she didn’t even know what she was doing or she was rushing because there were so many people waiting. By that evening the polish was coming off my fingernails. So I nicely went back and ask them if they would just put another coat of polish on my nails and she proceeded to tell me I needed to get gel nails. I said no I didn’t pay for gel nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityLadies, do not come here. You are guaranteed to leave unsatisfied.- Was not happy with letting me pick my color.- Rushed me out of the pedicure chair. My feet only soaked for 5 minutes. If that.- Didn’t use a puma stone on my feet.- Told her I already shaped my nails the way I wanted and she did it anyways, not to mention did a really bad job.- Some of my nails aren’t even painted to the cuticles. It looks like a child did it.- Was using predatory tactics to try to sell me gel nails that I did not want. (literally had to tell her no 7 times. I walked in, one customer two employees, one said…pick your color, she put my hands in the heated bags and walked away. When the other lady came to do my nails she never said a word to me until she said “wash your hands” the two employees spoke between themselves, still nothing to me until she said, $30.00. I paid my bill plus a tip and left. I am very unhappy with my nails and the service. Not a fancy place, outdated furnishings, BUT the quality of a job they did was wonderful! Was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Much better job on my nails then any of the other salons I’ve been to in Fairhope.

First pedicure in several months- very disappointed. Heels look horrible and calluses on my toes were left untouched. Didn’t get the same pedicure the lady next to me did- she got the whole thing and paid what I did. No lotion, no massage – nothing. Save your money or throw it out the window!
