I don’t normally leave reviews but the more I look at my nails the madder I get. They’re lumpy, not even, I could’ve done better myself. I will NOT be returning to this salon and will have to pay someone else to fix them. A male did them and he was fast. A full set and polish change on my toenails both gel took him 1 hour. Seems like he rushed through it and didn’t take time to make sure they looked good. Very disappointed. Wish I could post a pic but apparently I can’t.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismLet me start off by saying that I have not been able to find a place between Lake City and Live Oak that can do gel nails the way my girl back in Jacksonville does them. Due to my business, I need them thick yet nicely shaped. Anh did exactly what I requested and did not complain or give an attitude about it like the other nail salons I have been to in the area. She knows what it takes to make a customer happy! And it’s no wonder Pretty Nails is always busy. I also love that they have a really nice receptionist, Taylor, to keep the flow going while the techs are taking care of their clients. Let me start off by saying that I have not been able to find a place between Lake City and Live Oak that can do gel nails the way my girl back in Jacksonville does them. Due to my business, I need them thick yet nicely shaped. Anh did exactly what I requested and did not complain or give an attitude about it like the other nail salons I have been to in the area. On Saturday I got my 4yr old daughters nails painted with gel polish and I got a fill in and a pedicure 30mins down the road on the way home one of her nails were completely bare then the next day her whole hand was bare then by Tuesday which is today she has no polish one of my nails are cracked and my polish has tons of bubbles in it the polish on one of my toes is peeling as well I received better work the last time I visited I’m very disappointed

Idk about any of the other people that work there but please don’t use anh (ana) she is so rude and dismissive. Laughed at me bc of the shape and length I wanted my nails and proceeded to laugh and purposelymake my thumbs shorter than my other nails she was rushing everything . Told me I couldn’t have any of the designs I wanted . When she put the top coat on my toes she missed my whole toe and painted the skin.

Painfull service, indifferent to clients and a horrible job on my “coffin” shaped nails. I knew that it is always a gamble on what you will get when you go there, as far as quality, but this last time did me in and I will never go back. Everyone of my nails is different lengths and a couple are not straight. And of course you have the whole talking to you like you are a child thing they love to do. Definitely not worth $30.
