Always makes you feel welcome. I went one day 30 minutes to closing it was myself niece and her 2 daughters the staff waited on everyone there without a problem. My great niece said she was hungry so the nail tech went to the back and grabbed her a snack. This will be my go to place for sure. Acrylic nails, Manicure, Waxing

My daughter went to get a fill this morning on her gel nails that she had done there like 8 days ago because one of the nails broke in half. The guy there was so rude!! He tried to get her to let him take off the nails and for her to get a new set. He continuously told her how they were about to fall off & how bad they looked, 1. They shouldn’t be falling off in 2 weeks. 2. She originally had them done at this same location. (The lady at first desk has done last time but wasn’t there this morning) 3. My daughter said they didn’t feel like they were coming off.

Critical: Professionalism, Valuehad a friend that took a recent visit and there was a particular employee in which she expressed discomfort to as they were clipping her toe nails. the employee dug into her foot with the clips, and she noticed it becoming red, but the employee did not pay much mind. friend is now experiencing a toe infection. Been going here for years. One of the employees was very unprofessional . Tell her how to do my nails she stop in the middle of service. I ask the owner could she fix them she took the nailand said she was too busy to finnish my nails . Gel manicures

I got my toenails done by I believe Amy. 50$ for a deluxe and she didn’t once touch my feet other than to do the callous removal and she didn’t get my ingrown toenails out like the deluxe said it came with. I communicated with the technician next to her and she relayed to her but still nothing was done. No apology, no offer to charge a little less because I didn’t get the full service. Nothing. I tipped normal and paid but I do not recommend. Awful experience for a new person in town and first visit.I do not recommend at all.
