The younger gentleman tech is always so sweet. He did my SNS this time. It was supposed to be a dark plum. The color turned out red w/ glitter or specs as seen in pic. The woman owner/manager, who is always in a hurry and rude, told me they did not have time and blamed me for choosing the wrong color. After holding the SNS swatch(which has very limited selection)next to my nails, she agreed to fixing if I could come in the next day, Friday. I told her that would not work for me, but Saturday would. She told me they would be too busy all day to fix it. I saw how bad the younger gentlemen felt about the situation. His sincerity is the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star.

Had me wait 30 minutes at a pedicure chair, weren’t honest enough with themselves to realize they were understaffed ON A FRIDAY and too busy to take more customers. I’d rather them be honest with me and either say there would be a wait or to come back later. Instead it took me looking at the time and where they were at (they were just starting another customer) for me to get up and leave. Even at the busiest salons I’ve been to, I’ve never had to wait no more than 15 min to get started and they would be polite and say how long the wait was.

Totally Expensive. Their Utensils r Not Being Sterilized 30 minutes as They Should. I Personally Bring My own Utensils. Theirs a place in The Goodwill Shopping Center that’s Cleaner, Take Time 2 do ur Toes & Nails. But I do remember No Matter how Clean They r Bring ur Own Things. Safety 1st. Men U 2. Bring ur Own.
