Pretty Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOn Saturday my mom, sister & I went to Pretty Nails and we were about the first ones in there. I used to go to this nail salon when I first moved to Greenville but haven’t been in awhile due to going to a nail salon closer to where I live now. So I was shocked at the treatment received! Tina & her husband both had attitudes, we weren’t greeted & when we sat down they immediately told us what the prices of our nails would be as if we’d have an issue paying. They wouldn’t even give us the colors we had to ask for them. A group of white girls walk in they’re greeted professionally, they didn’t have to ask to see the colors nor did they mention the price of the nails as soon as they were seated. So this leads me to believe that this is how they treat their black customers. And to make matters worse the next day my nail polish starts to peel. I’ll never come back to this place again! On Saturday my mom, sister & I went to Pretty Nails and we were about the first ones in there. I used to go to this nail salon when I first moved to Greenville but haven’t been in awhile due to going to a nail salon closer to where I live now. So I was shocked at the treatment received! I sat at both three for my nails, the lady told me she knows how to do designs, I showed her the design I wanted. she proceeded to do the design as she was doing it I informed her that’s not what I wanted and it did not look appealing. So she remove the design but left residue from the other polish that was there before when she gave me the solid colors. I sat at both three for my nails, the lady told me she knows how to do designs, I showed her the design I wanted. she proceeded to do the design as she was doing it I informed her that’s not what I wanted and it did not look appealing.
