Pretty nails is the bomb!! Cindy is awesome, she did A fabulous job on my nails! Not only did she do a great job, they are fair on their on the pricing! So go check pretty nails out and tell them Lueann sent you. Cindy also did the best job on my eyebrows, she shaped them better than anyone ever has!

Didn’t get a chance to have a pleasant experience. The shop owners, after telling they would wait for me to get off work if I made it by closing. I work 12 hour shifts..8am-8pm , left a little early…made it with 10 minutes to spare and they locked the doors. Yes I got the standard I am so very sorry but I knew the guy wasn’t. I totally get it…being extra careful but I had an open appointment! We had the verbal agreement. Thanks for working with the essential workers…NOT!!!

I walked in the salon and no one was there but me. The salon did not smell very good but I had read the reviews here and figured I’d give it a shot. I was hoping that since I was the only customer in the salon that they would really take their time and do a good job. I paid $40 for a full set and I felt like the gel was glooped on way too thick making my nails look rounded and thick. Not to mention several of the nails were crooked and different lengths. I have small nails so it’s hard to pick the tips that fit me best, and some of my nails went out and got wider at the end of my nail than they did at the base. I was very unhappy but didn’t want to say anything because they barely spoke to me the whole time I was there and just talked to each other. I ended up coming home and reshaping then and filed the gel off to repaint them myself. I could’ve done better at home and I feel like I just wasted money.

LOVE my Pretty Nails!!!!! Cindy is the BEST!! Her husband Don does not do pedicures but also does beautiful nails. I would highly suggest calling ahead for an appointment, bc Cindy honors her appointments & takes her time with each client. With an appt you can get in & out in a timely manner. Not to mention, I have a 5 yr old little princess, and they treat her as if she’s just as important as I am! Which makes her feel so special! (I’m editing this due to some of the reviews that commented on the “man” that works here. That man is Don, he is Cindy’s husband. I can easily see how he could be perceived as unfriendly, but he just always has such a serious look on his face. He means no harm & actually has a very kind heart. It’s not hard to get him to laugh & smile, and I can guarantee you’ll love the work he does on your nails!

I just walked out of a different nail salon and went in pretty nails…they treated me so kindly and took me as a walk in even though they were busy. I highly recommend Tien to do your nails. She does a great job and takes her time. I will def be going back .
