i got exactly what i wanted but my nails were a little wonky. they weren’t filed down evenly and some of the fade went too low or too high in places. the guy that did them was a little rougher than usual.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!The guy wouldn’t go by the pictures I showed him, he made my fingers bleed. Asked if it hurt as he continued bring blood to my skin, they were VERY VERY RUDE. I asked to just have my coffin nails filled and he acted like he has no idea eBay he was doing.

I was in last week for a full set. I made an appointment quickly and easy and they required a mask so no problem but I paid $15 for a mask because that is all I could find at the stores around me. I got the chrome polish and the lady was very nice but I felt very rushed. Especially when a short line formed. They were $60 and I tipped $11. $86 is WAY MORE than I anticipated when making the appointment but it wouldve been worth it had they not totally chipped away. Ive been on vacation from work the whole week and I’m a full time worker and I have never had nails break and chip so easily and I’ve literally just been sitting at home. I have 2 I’ve just taken off myself, 1 completely broken in half and 4 that are barely there. I’m extremely disappointed. I will definitely not be back. Dont make appointments so quick and fast and then rush everyone just to make more money. Because in the end nobody will come back because they all look horrible and you’ll have no money! Reputation is everything especially in a small town. NO CUSTOMERS = NO BUSINESS

I live in Lubeck and I went to two salons there the one wasn’t supposed to close till 6:00 and I was there at 3:00 and they were closed the second one I went to they didn’t have anybody in there to do nails so I guess those people don’t want my money so I went to pretty nails and they took care of me and I will return there again they done a great job

I went and had a manicure done here a couple of days ago on my own nails. I wanted French tip and she talked me into getting the gel. She charged a extra $15 for this which I agreed to. She got almost all the way done with my nails and I said are you going to trim my cuticles? She told me that that would be an extra $10! I’ve never had something like that happen when getting my nails done. I’ve always thought that came with a manicure! I will never go back! I had to pay $40 for a rush job on my own nails! I told her I could have had the fake ones put on for $10 more! She also got angry when I told her I didn’t like how thick the French tip was and shoved my fingers into the fingernail polish remover! I wanted to do something nice for myself but instead left feeling very frustrated…
