So I had mixed emotions about this place but after my last visit I will never go back. My nails were so thick they looked ridiculous. And the gel polish started bubbling and peeling off after 1 week. I went back and asked them to fix them and there were air bubbles under the new polish. She actually had the nerve to tell me the problem was the difficulty of the nail designs i was getting.They charged me $60 to give me the worst nails I’ve ever had. I decided to go somewhere else to have them removed and a new set put on and the new place was literally taking the nails and showing them to all the techs and making fun of how thick they were and asked if my hands felt 5 pounds lighter…which they actually do. If you are thinking of going here, don’t. Usually you get what you pay for but not in this case!

Then they set her up in the water then just walked away not even caring if the water was too hot.
