This place provides terrible service & experience. Nothing pretty or peaceful about it. Unsanitary practices & they reuse a bunch of equipment on multiple clients. Especially towards the end of the day when they’re rushing. The man that did my nails kept yelling at me when telling him how I wanted my service done. He filed my cuticles down even though I asked him not to. Then they had the nerve to STEAL extra tip from the card used to pay!!! If you want other peoples skin dust in your face come here and wait in the packed line. No thanks. The feet lady Sue was great but my nails are awful! Never again.

Over a year ago now, i tried Pretty Nails.. i have no complaints. Lilly, to me, is a very good nail technician, very professional and definitely knows what she is doing. The business is clean, employees friendly. I think You would be satisfied.

Got my acrylics done 4/22 on 4/24 they were breaking off. On top of the fact that it was rushed, several nails came out crooked, I was burned and cut with the drill on several fingers, cut underneath my nails with a drill, cut on my cuticles with the drill and then gel polish painted over the blood. Big gaps between my nail and the acrylic which is a breeding ground for fungus. Terrible job. Very painful. I will not be returning.

Critical: QualityI went here 2 days ago to get a full set. The lady rushed to do my nails, not even doing everything she should of. She just wanted to be done. In the past 2 days 2 of my nails have broke off. I spent 73 dollars on these to last 2 days? Insane. Will not be going back and will be calling to get my money back. Very disappointed. They are selective with who they want service. I made an appointment to get my nails refilled. When I entered all the workers stared at me for a moment and begin to talk amongst themselves in there native language. I let them know I made an appointment and was then told rudely that they would not service me and they did not give any explanation for the reason. There was two nail technicians available. I am not sure of the criteria to which they make their selection but I can tell you that I am a black women that is 5’8 that enter the salon respectively and was just coming to a scheduled appointment.
