I go often here the service is great run by a husband and wife who are very kind. Only salon who shapes my nails the way I actually want them, making my real nails look almost fake. Great job everytime. I will say it is a bit pricey but I think it is worth the price. Manicure

The first time I went here it was good because it was right before close and on a Tuesday night. Second time I went I was rushed and they came out uneven and bad but I thought maybe it was just a super busy day for them. Mind you, every time I call way beforehand and make sure to make an appointment. Third time me and my friend made an appointment and went to it. It took TWO HOURS for us to just get a basic acrylic set. They kept taking new clients who didn’t even have appointments too!! They kept flip flopping around clients and whenever they’d actually come do our nails, it was extremely rushed. Mine came out horrible and they didn’t even put the acrylic all the way down to the cuticle, so they already looked grown out. The nail polish job was messy and horrible, and the nail shape was all bumpy. They absolutely mutilated my friends cuticles. Anytime I’d ask them to fix something they wouldn’t even fix it. I get being busy, but come on if you don’t have the time to do clients nails correctly don’t make appointments and waste my time. Called 2 days later to ask them to fix them because they looked really bad and yk I payed 60$ for them, they say yes come in. I drive all the way there and go in at the time we scheduled, for me to be in there for literally not even 10 minutes with the women filing my nails at the reception table with me just standing there. While she’s repeatedly saying “There’s nothing wrong with them”. I point out everything wrong with them. She continues to say “we don’t have time for you, come back tomorrow”, even though I called and talked to her to make an appointment that day and she said yes. Not only did I waste my time and money, I wasted driving 30 minutes there AND back for absolutely nothing. If anything, she made them WORSE because she filed the polish off the tops and sides of my nails. I don’t have a picture of my nails because I took them off when I got home but trust me when I say it was bad. One of the absolute worse places to get your nails done and I’ve been to a lot of bad places. Bad customer service, is rude, rushes the actual nails but makes you sit forever, cuts up your fingers, and wastes your time. I would put 0 stars if I could. Overall horrible experience 0/10 don’t recommend.

Walked in and was seen right away. About half an hour, start to finish for a gel manicure. The gentleman that did my nails listed to the shape and size I wanted. Overall I’m happy with my service. I’ve added a picture of my fresh nails.

I started coming to this place because it’s close to my house and there is always spot when you walk in. The first two times I came, I did powder gel, end they started cracking after 8 days, and I’m always very careful with my nails, so the material they use is not that good. Yesterday i came to do a manicure gel, and the attitude of the woman which is the owner was very rude, she was rushing doing my nails stating that the line was long. When she was painting my nails, she was leaving the sides of my nails without polish, i kindly ask if she could please put polish in the sides of my nails because i like all my nails polished, she replied that next time i need to do my nails, go to a different place that she has a long line waiting for her.

They were able to take me right away which was surprising. They did not have all the colors I wanted but I still ended up with a nice color. Everyone was nice and pleasant. There are some rough spots on my feet that were not really taken care of on my visit but I still enjoyed the chair and she did a really nice job on the paint. They do not use UV lights so it did take quite a long time for my nails to dry.

Had a 9am appt, no one showed up till 915. The gentleman had 2 other people waiting for him. He got up every minute or so to gather supplies. They were definitely overbooked. Was told the price of an infill was 17$ I had one repair and was charged 40$. I felt rushed. Nails came out good but not polished the way I wanted. Guess I’ll keep looking.
