Finally tried this place, Pretty Nails. Wow, no waiting, walk-in, greeted, and sat for my pedicure. Water temperature was perfect and I chose the Deluxe Pedicure. My attendant did an amazing job! Nails looked perfect, and cared for with professionalism. They soaked feet in a special mint treatment which did wonders on my feet. Then the after treatment started with the massage which was mind blowing.. I think Kim was her name..So, with that.. I highly recommend Pretty Nails. Enjoy and thanks for looking at my review.. Ok BEFORE THE OWNER REPLIES TO ME RUDLY. I went for the FIRST time 8/2 at 5:30 pm (they were super busy) but Tam was very nice with me I really like her besides other problems around the area that are not my concerns but I let Tam and other girl know about what was happening I don’t know how’s the owner so I just told those 2 employees what was going on. Anyways.. I got many and pedi paid 105 and left good tip for Tam. WHITING 2-3 days my gel started peeling off, so I was upset about it I decide to call and see what they said, not sure if it was the owner who said to go again(Saturday) 8/6 so they can fix my problem, at the time I was “happy” because they fixed it, today my nails are peeling off again 8/8. I’m not interested in going anymore to get gel that will come off in 2 days. I really wanted to give good review but it’s impossible I’m sorry, and reading other reviews the owner gets very defensive on something that she/He need to fix in order to have good customer service and frequent clients, they need to work on Not forgetting other clients, have accesible Chairs for older people (that was one case on my first visit), if water is spilled on the floor ensure that gets clean to PREVENT accidents( also notice on my first visit) I CLEAN it because it was an older lady seating just right next to me on desk #9. The nail tech was very rude and she did my nails bad and crooked there is gem glue all over my hands and nails and didn’t wanna give me my receipt when I asked for it. My nails look like the practice nails. Very bad for 80$

Today I went in without an appointment. One week before Christmas mind you. I did wait a very long time. BUT, I was asked upfront if that was ok. I agreed. I got Tammy for my pedicure. Her customer service was exemplary. She even changed my original soak water. To ” make it hot” again. She apologized for the wait. And I appreciate that. Remember, no appointment..you might wait. That’s fair I feel.

Went in for a manicure with my 5 year old. They asked what color she would like and its red. She almost starts to paint them and says something that leads me to believe its gel. So I ask and she says yes its gel. I told her no just regular for her. Then it’s my turn and I do want gel. She starts to put the base on, then color and then I think, what happened to cuticle cleaning and everything else. I ask about it and she tells me that’s an additional $10 on top of the $25. Since when is that included?? No hand lotion or arm rub either . I needed a wax but that went from $16 to $21 so no thank you. She was nice but I feel they trick you into things. If you don’t ask they definitely won’t tell.

I come to this establishment whenever I get our nails done. They always do good work but this was my first experience with the male technician. He asked what I wanted for my daughter & I and proceeded with our service. Not knowing due to my exhaustion and the language barrier he continued with my service. Long story short he added things that I did not request! Not only to mine but my daughter as well! I was shocked at the total bill but in no mood to argue over it! My suggestion is that the staff should always do what the customer ask. That is the entire point of a service industry!
