I am not one to write reviews. In fact this may be the only one I’ve written on Google. Do not…I repeat do not go here. I went here to get some Fourth of July nails. They seemed fine enough when I got them. Nothing special. But after the first week I was in so much pain. I could barely touch anything. So I called a different nail salon and they ended up taking the nails off. Underneath the acrylics one of the nails was hanging by a thread. There were 3 others that were also filed down almost to my skin. The guy at the different nail salon WOULDNT EVEN PUT ON NEW ACRYLICS OR GELS OR ANYTHING THAT HAD TO DO WITH MY NAILS. I have to wait until they grow out in order to get anything done again. Worst nail experience ever. Like painful. Don’t go here. Oh and the girl’s name is Katie, (in case you are thinking of going here) at least don’t go to her.

Took my daughter to get her nails done for a special occasion photo shoot. We went in knowing what we wanted and Katie basically did what she wanted they came out horrible. She got really offended when i asked her to fix them or take them off. They put nail techs that are not ready to do long acrylics throw them in and do not help them at all.This is no way fair to the customer paying 90 dollars for a fullset. Anyway I ended up taking her to another salon so they could fix them you should of seen how these nail techs from the new place laughed at the horrible work. Would not recommend!

I brought my 5 year old daughter for the first time tonight. I am currently sitting here watching her get a pedi and mani. The lady doing her nails has been on her cell phone… on speaker the ENTIRE time. At one point I told her that I thought this was a little rude and she shook her head at me and said no it is not. She didn’t acknowledge my daughter… when she finished the pedi she got up, went and sat in another chair and continued to talk on her cell phone. I then discussed this with her… I let her know that I found this very disrespectful and unprofessional she was very rude back.

Kim is great however the past year I’ve only had 1 appointment kept! Every time I show up she is not there!! And there is no phone call even though I leave my number! Then no one else can help me and all I get is “sorry” so now once again I’m left with my nails looking like hell for an event because they refuse to help me keep an appointment I had. I tip well I’m always nice but I refuse to give them any more of my money! I do not recommend since appointments are never kept and prices are higher than others anyway

Pretty nail spa is my all time favorite place to go. Lynn, Kim and Michael are my all time favorite. They take their time doing your nails amd they do it exactly how you want them. Its so clean and organized. Such a friendly and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place for all your manicure and pedicure needs.
