One of the most important things about the salon (especially during COVID) has been how CLEAN and spacious the salon is. Diana and company offer many services, complimentary massages, and a ton of expertise. Any time I have chipped my nails or need to be squeezed in to an appointment they are happy to go above and beyond to fix it and accommodate right away. I LOVE PRETTY NAILS!!! I have been an extremely satisfied customer for years, and I am happy to leave them a sparkling review. One of the most important things about the salon (especially during COVID) has been how CLEAN and spacious the salon is. Diana and company offer many services, complimentary massages, and a ton of expertise. Critical: Quality, ValueHave been there 3 times. First visit average. All downhill from there. Staff does not listen to what you ask for- requested square shape nails, tech did round and the powder dip was too thick on nails. I thought maybe this person was new so gave it one last chance. Last visit did he did not use base powder for dip manicure, never even asked about cutting cuticles and my powder manicure which should last 3-4 weeks is chipping in 5 days. Staff does not listen to what you ask for- requested square shape nails, tech did round and the powder dip was too thick on nails. I thought maybe this person was new so gave it one last chance. I get gel on my toes $71.00 , 3 weeks ago the same service $52.00. Never have I had anyone use a drill to remove my toenail polish. My toes still hurt. I had asked her numerous times to stop and she did not understand what I was saying. This has been my go to place for summer pedicures for years. I am not sure what happened to the regular staff but there are all new people. I get gel on my toes $71.00 , 3 weeks ago the same service $52.00. Never have I had anyone use a drill to remove my toenail polish. My toes still hurt.
