Critical: QualityThere were 5 of us getting our nails done at the same time. The pedicure was mediocre. No leg massage. No scrub. Pushed into gel polish when really wanting regular polish. The manicure was a sloppy job. All of us were unsatisfied. I do NOT recommend.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityNEVER will I ever go back to Pretty Nails with how rudely they just treated me. I’m shaking from anger. I was barely greeted upon arrival after calling to make sure they could take me, having to call 2x bc the man wasn’t responding to me on the phone and barely mumbled they could (I should have known then). Then the man tells me to go pick polish and point to the gel. I ask where is the regular and they point to another wall. While I’m picking my color the man says “do you want gel or regular” I say regular. He says ok then points to a chair. I go to the chair and he says “ how are you going to get regular wearing those shoes” I’m wearing boots. I said well it’s winter. The lady next to me says did you bring flip flops. I reply no and they both sneer. Never have I been required to bring my own flip flops and I would have been happy sitting near foot nearby after to dry before putting my shoes on. I was barely greeted upon arrival after calling to make sure they could take me, having to call 2x bc the man wasn’t responding to me on the phone and barely mumbled they could (I should have known then).
