I lowered my rating just a bit. The place was extremely busy as soon as me and my friend got in yesterday. We were told to wait 10 minutes but we actually waited much much longer because of how busy. Despite the wait time we decided to stay and get our nails done because it was the first time we’ve been here. Truthfully speaking we told the woman working that we were leaving the place right after to check out the plaza for a few other things so we would be in and out as quick as possible. When the nail tech asked us for which service, we did tell her we wanted a fill and my nail woman had told me that if I wanted shorter acrylics I would need to use a new set with dip powder. Not only did she not use a new set of acrylic nails, but she just used my regular nails and charged me the same plus dip powder. I didn’t realize this until after I was checking out because the price was not lowered on my charges. I did feel upset because she did tell me she would include the price of the new nail acrylic plus dip but she charged me higher instead without new nails which I never got. I still gave her a $10 tip because I did not want terrible service there, but I will never go back there. As much as I liked the color on my nails it just hurts that they’re unwilling to be accountable and just lie to you without even creating any rapport with me or my friend as new customers, not to mention when I was getting my service done the woman was rough on my nails asked me a few times if it hurt and was not gentle at all on nail removal, and even asked me if I got burned as I was curing?? And she knew I was hurting… I don’t get my nails done much but when I do it’s a form of self-care I don’t expect much but I don’t think I will be a returning customer here again with my friend.

Went one time years ago and decided to give another try. Not worth it even though they’re cheap prices. The lady that shaped my nails barely did they’re so thick and bulky and can’t really tell until you put the polish on. She knew I was having a hard time finding a specific color and didn’t help all she said was make sure you like it because it’s $15 to change it after. A couple days later I got small black bubbles on almost all of them and looked it up and said either due to the polish being too old/thick and think both apply.

Went here a few years ago and everything was fine until the woman literally ripped my money out of my hand. She couldn’t wait two seconds for me to hand it to her. I regret tipping that racist owner. Awful ppl. Literally go anywhere else.

I have been going here for a few months now and never had any complaints. Well today I went in to get a fill and the technician seemed upset that I was only getting a fill and no other services. She was really aggressive to the point where I had to pull my hand away from her and let her know that she was being rude from the beginning and being rough. She told me that next time I have to take my own nail polish off before I come and grabbed my hand back. Again I pulled back and told her that if she doesn’t want to do my nails I’m sure I could find someone else who would accept my money. She then completed my full quietly and gently. But then at the end she again starts with me saying I was wrong and I didn’t understand her. She just kept going and going till I had to stop her. Then she asked well are you gonna pay. WHAT? Do I look like the type that would just walk out or something. She was extremely rude. I have never had an issue here before. As a women taking the time for self care is so important and when that experience is messed up by a rude tech it just messes up your whole day.

I went to get my nails done and I went to show my nail tech a picture of a design before I even showed her she was like can’t do can’t do . I said you didn’t look I got to show the picture still same response.. she said I do similar I said ok that’s fine . Point is it definitely wasn’t similar! Not my favorite nail salon

Horrible place! I got my lashes done here, I paid $45 and the next day they all came out. They told me to come back and when I did the lady screamed at me for her mistake. I asked for my money back and they refused, instead of fixing the lashes they all talked about me. One of the workers then proceeded to put her fingers in my face. This place is very unprofessional and has for sure lost a customer.
