I have been going to Seema for years!! I’ve been with her ever since I was in middle school and I am now in my 20s. She is very welcoming and very sweet. She always does a great job on my eyebrows and I always get compliments on them after I get them done. I definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place to get their eyebrows done.

I walked in and first I noticed that the atmosphere was negative! It’s beautiful inside, but the energy I picked up was very negative. I almost walked out. It was the first time I’d ever been there and the owners daughter was buried behind the counter with a tv show blasting in her AirPods! She didn’t greet me right away, so I didn’t know where she was. I was looking around to try and find someone and when she finally did say something to me, she said “have a seat in the first chair.” (From behind the counter!) Not friendly at all! She had her headphones blasting the whooooole time and didn’t even say hi to me or ask me how I wanted my eyebrows shaped, nothing….there was also another customer that I was talking to before she started my brows and she complimented me as she was leaving, so we exchanged a few words and the owners daughter just stood there annoyed rolling her eyes and didn’t even say anything to the other customer when the customer said, “have a nice day ladies!” The girl had a nasty attitude. So when she was doing my brows, she did an okay job, but she really needs help with the tinting part! It was BURNING after a few mins! She didn’t ask me how light or dark I wanted them or nothing. Her mom needs to find someone else to work for her. I’m usually a big tipper, but that was definitely not too worthy!! When she was done, I asked her if she’s having a bad day? She didn’t expect that! Lol she said, “No, why?” And I just explained to her that it’s okay if she’s having a bad day….I told her that she seems like she has an attitude and don’t want to be here. Then she shaped up quick! Before I left she’s like, I’m sorry if I did anything to upset you…..businesses need to realize that we can take our money elsewhere if the service isn’t great! In this case the service was 0 stars and the quality was about a 2! She needs to have a talk with her daughter.

I have only ever gotten my eyebrows with her but I’m sure she does an amazing job at all of the other services she provides. She is very technical and detailed with her work, she truly takes her time with every client. Apart from her incredible craftsmanship, she is genuinely a GREAT person. She has a heart of gold. In the past 5 years with her, she has always greeted me with a big smile and has been nothing but polite with me. Iraj is a great worker with an even greater heart.
