Critical: ProfessionalismFirst I’d like to say I’d never been to this place it was recommended to me by a friend to see Brooklyn ! I called and couldn’t get an apt with her I asked was their anyone else available, because It had to be that day to get it cut ! Three ladies work there two was busy one was open ! I was told the third lady could do me and to come in ! The owner left me in the hands of someone in her shop ( when you go to a place you expect all to be professional ) what I found out later was who done my hair was new had only graduated in September- not once was I told this or I would have went somewhere else – I’m writing this because I pray this lady listens to what I have to say : listen better to your client !
