Overall I am very satisfied with the work done by Kathy. I didn’t have much for natural eyebrows and Kathy was able to change that. She did a good job matching the color(s) to my skin tone and the shape fits perfectly. During my touch up appointment she did a good job addressing my concerns, 2 weeks later so far so good.

My sister had an awful experience with the owner Kathy Hail- she had her eyebrows micro bladed back in April by Kathy and was told to come back in 6-8 weeks for her 2nd session. It is now July and has been cancelled on by Kathy 5x. Every time my sister’s appointment is coming up this owner cancels either the day before or within 30 minutes of the appointment when my sister has already been on her way to her appointment. Unprofessional, poor communication and bad for business in general. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
