Did a great job threading and cleaning up my eyebrows and not over doing it. It was so clean and even! Very clean and sanitary wearing a mask. Even offered tissue so I wouldn’t stick my bare finger in my eye. When you need to hold your lid down. Very reasonably priced so I can tip more. Will definitely be back! Eyebrow threading

The first time I went was last week, the girl who did my lashes was quick without rushing. Today I had a touch-up which was a totally new experience for me. The Asian girl who did my lashes poked my eye a few times, but I’m glad she didn’t do it with my second eye. The lashes came out great though. What I love about this place is its in the mall, you have so many places to go before and after your beauty service.

They’re really good at brows. I think it would be a bit more professional if they spoke English around their majority English speaking customer base but besides that I have no complaints. I tried threading for the first time here and I absolutely loved it. Also tried waxing and they do a good job with this. I will say they make you wait if you want to get waxed. It seems like a purposeful wait because they keep asking if you want to just do thread instead which is a bit unprofessional especially after you say no to threading several times. Nice place with nice staff though.

Today was the best day ever at this Brow Spa with Sweetie she did an amazing job.!!!! My lashes look beautiful and she’s very very nice. She did not ask for a good review or for money as a tip she was very nice and professional!!! I highly recommend her!!!!

Explained to the lady what I wanted lashes and showed her the picture and eyebrow tinting. Nothing even close to what I wanted she had my brows looking like I was gothic and my lashes didn’t even look like you did them and then when you added more in they are lopsided. Then charged me so much more money 60 never ever will I even recommend them to anyone. Now I’m going to have to spend 45 to get them redone. I’m really upset

First time here , i booked an appointment the day before for right when i opened and they were already packed . Still had to wait for 4 or so people to be serviced prior to me which made me question what was the point of me even setting an appointment but they got me in the chair and finished quick . I have naturally thick eyebrows and would have liked to keep them that way . I thought they would have stayed in the natural shape of my brow but they went thinner than I’d like , i guess i should have communicated that to them but my eyebrows still looked nice

Went in just to get my eyebrows cleaned up and she waxed most of them off , left me with a very thin line! Rushed job and It’s dark in there after they hand you the mirror you can’t see the end results! Until you get home and then it’s too late , now I have to let the hair grow back in!
