Awesome! I love my braids. I got 1b thigh length knotless on my natural hair that has colored ends. The tuck is stellar. You’d never know my hair is colored. This makes my second visit. The first time I got a wash, trim & press on my natural hair. Chadsity did and amazing job. Both times the service time was good. My daughter got her hair braided here recently as well by Kia. She got smedium knotless on her natural hair and they were really pretty. She is 2 weeks in and they still look great. Really nice vibe & good service!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy experience with Prettified Beauty Bar was very unprofessional. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, ever. I made 2 appts with Ashley, the owner, to braid my hair and my daughter’s hair before I give birth to my son. I made my deposits. Unexpectedly, we had a snow storm. I made several attempts to reach out to her via IG, text message, and a phone call to let her know due to the snow storm, I won’t be able to drive on the road to my appt…no response. The next day, I called and call was ignored. She instantly texted me letting me know I can only reschedule, which was fine. My appt was NEVER rescheduled. Til this day, still hadn’t received a reschedule date and she pretty much stole my deposits! Took money out of my kids mouths. See the photos below. If I could give NO stars, I would.
