They got they got me in today at the last minute which in itself was very nice. I was there for a big change from long hair I’ve been trying to grow forever to something I don’t know I’m barely touching my shoulders and funky! I had a picture with me, I was ready to roll. I’m always very nervous when I get my haircut cuz my hair grows so slowly. My hairdresser, April, take this into consideration with seriousness and gusto. She worked on my hair for about an hour and said I could not leave until she thought it looked perfect! She made me laugh telling me that my haircut wasn’t just for me that it was for her as well! I enjoyed her company too and all in all I would definitely go back and will go back in about 6-8 weeks,

Until yesterday, I had only had one bad haircut in my entire life…when I was 16 years old–more than half of my life ago. My regular stylist was just off and my hair was nothing like what I wanted…it was a mess. April, at Preston’s, was absolutely AMAZING! She wasn’t afraid to get her hands into my hair and make those smooth, but choppy layers I was looking for. She actively listened to what I said and learned how to style my hair the way I do…because I know my hair; I’ve been fighting with it for years! My hair is super thick and naturally curly with a mind if its own. April not only fixed the poor cut from yesterday–she got my hair to an absolutely amazing end result and it was exactly what I wanted! It’s a smidge shorter than desired at first but my layers are perfectly proportioned and will grow into EXACTLY the perfect length and I will definitely be back to see April for maintenance cuts as needed…I will be a long term customer for sure!!!
