I recently took Prestons online class for estheticians and was wildly impressed with the course content and fair pricing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to teach about skin in a way that makes your head explode with realizations on the science of skin and truths behind a successful business model. I hope to take a class in person some day!

I have brought both my teenagers, a boy and a girl, to visit Preston for acne treatments. He was wonderful with both of them and explained everything. Even though acne treatments aren’t known for being relaxing facials, the ambiance is still wonderful, Douglas Preston has a great ‘bedside’ manner, and my kids wanted to return. I was also welcome to come sit inside the room with them. I only took them each a few times, but it really helped them to get the acne under control. I also treated myself once to a relaxing facial and left looking and feeling amazing!

The stars were aligned for me today. I have shuffled around from Spa to Spa, Dermatologist to Dermatologist and so relieved to have found somebody I feel truly knows my skin. After my initial consultation I was confident my search was over. I was pleasantly surprised that I finally had hydrated skin and it wasn’t oily feeling with layers of product on Douglas was extremely patient with my never ending questions and thorough with his knowledge. I am now informed and excited to have a skin care routine that is a fit for me.

I absolutely love Preston!!! He is incredibly knowledgable and my skin has never looked better. I am very particular about skin care and I have tried everything from laser facials to hydrafacials to PRP. But Preston’s work is far superior to these over hyped treatments. I have been able to get rid of tiny comedones and brighten my over all complexion. My skin looks like I have a snapchat filter on all the time! Preston is worth your time and money. He worked magic on my Indian skin and customized everything based on my skin type. His skin center is impeccably clean and I look forward to my facials!

If 6 stars was an option for the rating of Preston Skin Center in Los Gatos, “6” would definitely be my score for the ultra-relaxing experience I look forward to with every visit. Preston’s commitment to providing a warm welcome and the highest level of service possible is reflected by his delightfully enchanting garden entry, beautifully furnished lobby for pre-and post educational tips about my skin, and his treatment room where stress and anxiety vanish the moment I walk through the door. I’m not sure if I feel better after every appointment because of the anti-aging treatment, or simply because I’ve reserved time for some much needed pampering — me time. A soothing atmosphere, relaxing music, and a master esthetician who truly gives me the impression that for 75 minutes, I am the center of his attention. He is fabulous!
