I was hopeful this place would be great , it’s in my neighborhood and I was disappointed to find out it was so-so . It’s overpriced and it doesn’t match the work . My gel set nails have small black air bubbles in them and my gel toes have already started to peel. For a 150 bucks , I would at-least expect to have soft heels , but it’s like I didn’t even get a pedicure .

I went to Prestigious Nails for the first time with my aunt to get a fill for myself and pedicures for the both of us. We went in looking for a nice place to relax while getting pampered but this experience ended up being quite the opposite. Everything was fine until the tech came that did my aunts pedicure. Her whole disposition was off. It was worse when my aunt expressed dissatisfaction with her pedicure. First, she asked whether the tech could get “visible” dead skin off of her heel. The techs response was she couldn’t, she did her best then she walked off. The manager returned and said the same thing with no resolve. She then asked for a different tech to drill one of her nails down to ensure there wasn’t a hump in her polish. Both requests I feel were reasonable but were handled in a unfavorable way. Long story short, after they said what they couldn’t do numerous times, they came back trying to fix it. At that time, my aunt had had enough and kindly declined all of their offers. They charged her full price although she was dissatisfied and the service was incomplete. She spoke with the manager again and the owner, they threatened to contact the police which was not warranted. Horrible experience. I was appalled by the maltreatment. I do not recommend this shop nor will not be returning.

I reserved a spot on Class Pass. Class Pass takes time for the vendor to respond back and accept the appointment. My appointment was accepted. I planned my whole day around this appointment. When I arrived, there was not 1 person in the store, and they told me that they do not accept Class Pass anymore. Now, I’m out for the payment for the appointment, which I had to pay for in advance. I am also out $55 for “cancelling,” even though I was refused service.

My nails were what you call ratchet. I was way overdue for a dip fill and Kevin saved the day! He did a great job fixing them all up and everyone in the salon was really polite and kind. Great customer service, this is definitely my new spot!

At this location was horrible. The service was below average as well as upon my return to the salon for them to correct the horrible work on my nails… they had be a density to use derogatory statements in their native tongue. However, they had no idea I understood exactly what they were saying. I will NEVER recommend or return to this establishment.

UPDATE: 0 stars. The yellowing of the top coat that I asked to be removed and they refused ended up turning my nails green/yellow. It became fungal and it’s because of their tools and polish. I have had to escalate to a doctor to treat the fungal infection they gave to me.
