My daughter (12yrs old) had her very first dip with tips for Homecoming court! Bri did an amazing job and made her feel so comfortable. Treated her like she was family!! The nails are smooth and silky to the touch, and the atmosphere is classy yet inviting. Standards for COVID-19 were upheld easily but it was still nice…. ill admit though, I’m curious as to why half my nails look like they’ve been lifted up hahaha I’ll come back and give it another go maybe sometime later but so far, I’m wary of the nail skills behind the one pale woman. :/ Dunno if that skill was worthy of $45 but it was my nail biting and inexperience maybe.

First off, I made an appointment for 11:30 and was not seen until i spokeup at 12:10. When I arrived, I entered the door with a couple people behind me and the owner says” you must be the babysitter”….. I’m 30, I do not “babysit”. A woman proceeds behind me, they were her kids. There was avrylic dust on every station. They were reusing towels (i waited long enough to see how they clean. Michelle is the owner, who called methe babysitter,she tells me to wash my hands. I got a pedicure and had to remind her. When I actually get a pedicure, no liner and no antibacterial tablet/ cleaning product to speak of. The woman who brought her kids had a special needs son. Michelle apparently knew the family well and let the teenage girl walk around being loud and basically overall attention seeking behavior

This is hard for me to post . I paid 90 dollars on july 30th for gel polish for nails and toes. Gel polish was suppose to last 2 to 3 weeks well my the next week the gel on nails had already came off. I went back did not to put the color I picked out ,said it was not that much different . I have always went there. I don’t go all the time but when I do I go there. My husband always gets gift certificates for me for Christmas and special occasions. This really hurt me.

If I had an option to NOT leave a star I wouldn’t. I have gotten my nails done at this nail shop twice. Both times my nails have chipped with gel polish. It’s unacceptable!!! I came to get it fixed (AGAIN) and it was only two people working. One person said he was booked and couldn’t help me. One was doing someone else’s nails and just started and couldn’t take two minutes to polish two nails!!! I will never come back again!! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here.

The owner is always super amazing and does my liquid gel set like none other, but this time was especially exceptional. I went in 30 minutes before closing and needed to take all 3 of my daughters ages 9, 5, and 2. Let me tell you we were there from 7:30-9:00pm. Michelle and her daughter were so pleasant the entire time to both me AND the girls without even HINTING that I was keeping them past closing hours..they are amazing in quality of work and customer service. HIGHLY recommend.
