We waited about an hour for service with no updates, while the receptionists were doing each other’s nails. When i finally got serviced, my other guest kept waiting while other customers walked in and serviced right away. No apology on the wait. My guest needed up leaving after waiting hour and an half. Never coming back due to the poor service and horrible attitudes.

The atmosphere is okay however the quality of work is degrading. I came 2 weeks ago and within a week of service, I have chipped paint on my toes and nails. Also, two nails came off. I always tip and buy things at the front to contribute to a good cause. I returned to location thinking I was a valued customer considering the number of times I have visited location and the receptionist stated it was nothing she can do. $150 lost I will not go here anymore because I spend a lot of money here to not be valued.

I get my lashes done here and have been absolutely pleased – I get a ton of compliments and have referred many for their lashes too. In addition, the salon is beautiful, well kept and the nail and pedi services are well priced and excellent quality. It is my new go to the last 6 moths.

Do not go to this salon for your lashes. They claim they can achieve what you want but they won’t be able to. Explained to her that I wasn’t satisfied because it didn’t look like the picture but she did not offer to fix or remove them. They rush through your lashes and claim it’s because their “professional”. I never had my lashes completed in 30 mins before….
