Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery clean and very professional Tanning Salon The beds are amazing and you get color right away the max in these bags are 14 minutes and I can see why I had color in two days I’ve been to other Tanning Salon‘s where I could go and the bad for 20 minutes but it took me almost a month to get color ☹️ I highly recommend this Salon !!!!! Very clean and very professional Tanning Salon The beds are amazing and you get color right away the max in these bags are 14 minutes and I can see why I had color in two days I’ve been to other Tanning Salon‘s where I could go and the bad for 20 minutes but it took me almost a month to get color ☹️ I highly recommend this Salon !!!!! I come here because they have great beds, most of the ladies are nice. But recently I realized you no longer are allowed to use their restroom which sucks because I come a lot of times after work so I like to wash my face before tanning. Other than that it’s a good place!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRoom 1 the glass isn’t set on correctly so when getting out of the bed it pinches your leg & literally took the skin off & I bleed several times! 2nd I was admitted in the hospital for unexpected heart surgery & asked to add the days back on they don’t do that! Not a very friendly business establishment!! Staff is always friendly, they never make you feel dumb when you have questions, very clean facility. They have different specials on lotions and packages every week. They are also knowledgeable about the products they sell and the selection of beds.

I’ve tanned here for years. My husband bought me 2 tanning packages for mothers day. Once my already existing package ended I immediately used it. I stopped going due to my busy season at my shop. When I called to see if I still had the last package inwas told no. That the packages run consecutively. When I explained that no one told my husband when he made the purchase they said sorry that’s how it goes. And that there are signs everywhere stating that. Which I never saw any signs stating that. Not to mention. When i had went in there right after my husband purchased the packages Krystal had told me beth was upset that she sold 2 packages. And now I know why. I tried to call up there again to try and work something out because I LOVE tanning here and always recommend them and was pretty much told oh well. Bad business for sure. Especially to someone who’s been such a loyal customer. Total bummer
