Ok the reception guy mixed up my appointment and gave me a girl I went in for and walked out when she pulled my hair. I wanted Sally. Not sure I going back as he made a bad comment as I sat getting my hair done. He said tell your client to remember your name! In front of me! I told him you are not professional! And don’t you ever say stuff to a client! I told him specific details and he still booked me wrong.i don’t go for a shark tank.

Came here with my little brother for facials. Booked them back to back, since they only have one facialist, and I went a couple stores down to get a pedicure. I come back in and the girl at the desk tells me that the facialist had an emergency come up and could I come back at 4. I couldn’t because it was my last day in california and we had it packed full. I hear her go back and talk to some lady, with a crack about my shorts and flip flops and then the facialist comes out and tells me that she is almost done with my brother and she will take me back in a minute. Confused, since they said that she had had an emergency, I start eavesdropping on their conversation with a customer who is getting her hair done. Apparently, while the lady was getting her hair done, she decided she wanted a facial and the front desk person thought it was ok to bump me for my appointment to accommodate her. My brother comes out and they try to tell me that I can still have my appointment, but after that, no way was I giving them my money. If they had been up front about what happened, or even if they had lied and said they were double booked, I’d have been much more understanding. But straight up lying so that they could get some other lady in and asking me to come back 5 hours later is absolute garbage. And I told them so. The facialist seemed horrified when my brother told her why I walked out, and wanted me to come back, but I was too upset. My brother said she was amazing at her job, and that he would absolutely go back to her, it was such a good facial. I’m bummed I missed out because the front desk staff has no respect for customer service and has no problems lying to their customers. I hope the facialist gets a job at a better salon.
