My first appointment for Brazilian Wax. Julie is a total professional, explained everything before hand and put me at ease the entire experience. The salon was very clean and tidy. Staff immediately said hello when I walked in and let me there would be a short wait. Appointment are necessary for services. Definitely going back great experience and reasonable prices for all services.

The building was very clean & spacious. First time with Melissa Wormstadt and she did a beautiful job dry-cutting my naturally curly hair. Her 25+ years experience showed via her effective communication and hair color choices. I appreciated her thoughtfulness with offering me a beverage and the good conversation we had. Was just in for a simple pedicure; nail filing and polish; cost $37.95. Terrible polish job…was uneven….up on the cuticle…had to ask for polish to be removed from a finger. Didn’t have any drying equipment and i didn’t have hours to sit there and wait.

I’ve been a client of Bobbi’s for several years now and I figured it was about time to share how much I absolutely love her! She not only gives the best head massage EVER while washing your hair, but she’s also extremely talented in all she does! I have really dark brown hair, but I prefer to have it bright blonde. Since I decided to go blonde some 15 years ago, I’ve had nothing but nightmare experiences with other hairdressers frying it all off, turning it bright orange instead of blonde, and the horrors continue… But Bobbi is extremely skilled and knows how to get it just perfect the first time, every time, with literally no breakage or damage! And that’s apparently been difficult for even high end salons in Minneapolis to accomplish! She’s truly a Gem of perfection, and will smile and make you laugh the entire time. I can’t say it enough, but truly her skills are better than any other person I have let touch my hair! And I’ve been all over the US to find the best! I’ve never seen anyone else at Prestige, but the atmosphere is always welcoming, friendly and cheerful! So if you have difficult hair and horror stories like I have about others mutilating your hair, I can’t recommend Bobbi more as I know she’ll take amazing care of you in the most professional and courteous way, while also making you look fabulous! Which can make you feel great too! You won’t be disappointed!
