I made an appointment with Alexis Nicole and was not disappointed! I had some highlights done, She listened to what colors/highlights I liked via some inspo pics and then professionally told me what I could achieve that day. She makes sure to keep your hair healthy during any processing. This was probably one of the best hair salon experiences I have had. I’ve left other salons crying because it was not what I wanted, but Alexis Nicole completely nailed what I wanted. I also absolutely loved the hair cut she gave me. She added a few choppy layers and cleaned up what I had from previous breakage only after making sure I was completely comfortable with how much she cut off. My overall experience was wonderful and I will definitely be back for any touch ups.

Alexis Nicole knows hair. she is very professional and knowledgeable in what she does she knows how long it takes for her to get the job done so you know ahead of time how long your appointment will take. She has a great personality that makes you feel very comfortable with her. She knows what products are best for your specific hair . The salon is beautiful its clean and very relaxing. I am so happy to be one of her clients.

The salon is cute and the atmosphere is nice. I went in for lowlights/highlights and a cut with Alexis. We spent several minutes talking about the cut and color and it seemed like she understood what I was asking for, but I left with great highlights, poor lowlights, and a very poor haircut. She remarked to me that ‘we don’t have time for the full haircut’ because her next client was waiting. I should have stopped her from proceeding because I left the salon with a 2-inch uneven cut in the back and I had to have my hair cut much shorter to repair the unevenness. I expected a much higher quality cut/highlights/lowlights for the price.
