anyone with vision can see that this haircut is not good, but for whatever reason when I brought my complaint to the manager Tina she couldn’t understand what was wrong. I’ve had so many bad experiences at this salon i don’t know why I went back. I needed a trim and flat iron for my birthday the next day and I thought it was simple enough for any hairdresser to do. I was wrong. $70 later and my hair was botched. I hate it here.

I feel bad for this because the guy was super nice but, we agreed a 1/2 length fade on the sides which was fine. We agreed on a little off the top and he proceeded to take a buzzer straight to the top of my head. My hair hasn’t been this short in over 10 years i am very disappointed. :/ Haircut

My hairstylist (??) was on phone through out my hair wash, haircut. was talking loudly with someone on phone n stopped only once to ask, do you need layers, another time before ending haircut to tell I got good hair. I tried to stop n tell her 2-3 times that I needed different than what she was doing , all I got was ‘aha’ n a nod. I could see other hair stylists in the salon having a conversation with their customers or quote while giving a haircut. this is a pathetic experience. How did the owners of the business allow them to be on phone while on the job (who ever they are)

Hair stylist was on phone call through out. I clearly explained 3-4 times what I kind of haircut I need and she would nod her head and say aha and continued on phone call. Half way through stopped n asked ‘do you need layers?’ I said ‘NO’ n she said aha n still gave layers. Owner / person at front desk seems ok. But this stylist is disastrous. I could clearly see couple of other stylists trying to control their laughing looking at my pathetic situation.

I asked for a one inch trim. stylist took 4-5 inches off and gave me layers I didn’t want or ask for. I explicitly told her to be conservative with what she took off because I have been trying to grow my hair out, i told her mid cut I didn’t like what she was doing and that it wasn’t what i wanted but she shushed me and told me it was necessary. Would never go here again.
