Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been a customer for years! Tonight has changed that! I was the only one in there. I asked the man that does my nails all the time to do a simple design with rhinestones and I even showed him a picture. He proceeded to put on a whole other color of stones and very sloppy. I just wanted the little diamond ones. He pushed the ones that he put on my thumb and threw them on the floor. He then went and got the ones that I wanted originally and said he was only going to use 5 each for 6 of my nails. Then the other rhinestone design that I wanted on my other nails they told me I had to get it the exact same way it was on the finger model. I didn’t want those colors so they told me no. I’m sitting here like what’s wrong with these people? I just wanted a matching design that was simple and I have always been a very polite and good customer. Also the wife has and always will be rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to do any of the services! Please don’t waste your time or money!!!!I have been a customer for years! I have been a customer for years! Tonight has changed that! I was the only one in there. I asked the man that does my nails all the time to do a simple design with rhinestones and I even showed him a picture. He proceeded to put on a whole other color of stones and very sloppy. When another patron sat next to me, her feet were put in warm minty water. The woman exfoliated only one of my feet/legs. Because I was chatting most of the time with another patron, I didn’t notice until I got home that she didn’t even clean under my nails which was one of my biggest reasons for the pedicure, as I currently have a medical condition preventing me from being able to take care of my own nails. So disappointing. When I called to talk with owner, as I was telling him what happened, his response was.. “I know nothing of this” and “can’t talk too busy”. I am new to this area so this is the 1st time using Prestige. The woman was careless. She put my feet in cool clear water. When another patron sat next to me, her feet were put in warm minty water. The woman exfoliated only one of my feet/legs. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place. I always go to the guy technician. He is extremely fast which I love and I always love my nails!!!!! I come 15-30mins early on Saturdays for my refills just to make sure im first….I have tried several places but he is the best!!!Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: ProfessionalismWent as a walk in and signed in. They did not communicate how long I may anticipate waiting. After over an hour of waiting I left. Would have preferred at least some communication in regards to the time frame I would have been seen in.
